Summer sunflower, zinnia, basil, and Queen Anne's lace arrangements on a wooden table

Seasonal cut flowers · Greenport, New York

Flowers grown
just down the block.

Ask what’s blooming

Grown here. Gathered by hand. Shared close to home.

Our way of growing

We grow flowers the way
the season intended.

Down the Block Flowers grows seasonal cut flowers outdoors in Greenport, at the natural pace of the North Fork.

As the seasons change, so do our flowers—from the first stems of spring through the abundance of summer and the final flowers of fall. What we offer changes because these flowers belong to the real season, not a year-round catalog.

In the field

Each week brings
something different.

That is the pleasure of flowers grown in their own time.

Grown here.

Cut here.

No matter where they end up,
they began just down the block.

The field changes. So do the flowers.

Ask what’s
blooming now.

For the kitchen table, a neighborly thank-you, a gathering, or no reason at all—reach out to see what the season is offering.
